how we view and manage service at toucan

Here at toucan service is at the forefront of everything we do and that comes from our 50 years combined service working in the retail sector where service is key.

We try to make sure that everything we do is done from the customers perspective – does it look right, does it work, do they like it – we look at everything “through your eyes”.

Years ago service was seen as an afterthought – lets get the products on sale, get the customer to buy it and then move on to the next customer – oh and try to be nice too!

Well that does not work in this day and age where mistakes are noticed and broadcast across the internet via Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trust Pilot to name a few. And that does not include the 10 people they are likely to tell face to face!

We try to make sure that everything we do is done from the customers perspective – does it look right, does it work, do they like it – we look at everything “through your eyes”.

You may have heard the old adage that the customer is always right. Usually they are, however, not always!

There may well be times that we try to steer you towards a different approach, be that colour schemes, fonts, etc. but that is part of the service where we try to get what is best for you!

Maybe you need a new logo, or a simple refresh, or maybe a complete redesign – whatever it is you want, rest assured we will have your best interests at heart at all times.
